Our approach/method
We empower artists by providing the skills, confidence, and support they need to succeed. Through personalized training and comprehensive mentorship, we help artists grow, take control of their careers, and build a strong, creative community. Our one-on-one sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs, led by instructors who are not only industry leaders with years of experience but also kind and deeply invested in each artist’s journey. Our group sessions and workshops are designed to offer a glimpse into the Broadway experience, giving artists real-world insight and preparation.

Alison Jantzie is a Broadway performer, choreographer, arts educator currently based in New York City. She is set to return to the Broadway production of Wicked February 2025.
Other theatrical credits include: the Broadway revival of Gigi, 9 seasons as a Rockette at Radio City Music Hall, the Stratford Shakespeare Festival, the MUNY, Encores! at City Centre, Drayton Entertainment and more.
Alison holds a B.A in Dance Performance from St. Mary’s College in California and is currently completing her M.B.A from the Schulich School of Business. Alison holds an adjunct faculty position as Marymount Manhattan College, and is dedicated to preparing artists at every stage of their journey for what’s next.

Eric Coles is a graduate of Sheridan College's renowned Musical Theatre Program and has worked extensively in Canada and the United States on projects that range from new musical development to Broadway. He is also a writer with a new musical in development.
Some favorite theatrical experiences include: Tick Tick Boom (Theatre Workshop of Nantucket); Diana (La Jolla Playhouse); Something Rotten (1st National Tour), Rock of Ages (Broadway & Original Toronto Company); Mary Poppins (1st National Tour); Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Wizard of Oz (Original Toronto Company).
Eric’s work with casting has provided him with audition insights that are invaluable to students who are looking to improve their audition process and confidence.

Alicia Lundgren is a graduate of the Ailey/Fordham University BFA program, and subsequently toured internationally with Ailey II, Dallas Black Dance Theatre, and Philadanco. She was a member of the Chase Brock Experience, Caleb Teicher and Co, and was also a Radio City Rockette for nine years.
She performed with The Metropolitan Opera, played Mitzi in the 25th Anniversary production of Crazy for You at Lincoln Center under Susan Stroman, and made her Broadway debut in Shuffle Along under the direction of George C. Wolfe with choreography by Savion Glover. Alicia has appeared in TV and film including “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” and the MTV Music Video Awards with Beyoncé. She performed in ABC’s “Taking the Stage” at the Kennedy Center celebrating the Opening of the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, DC. She is the associate choreographer of Be More Chill Broadway, Baltimore Center Stage’s Soul the Stax Musical, and Public Works’ Hercules. Alicia was most recently seen on stage in Broadway’s revival of Funny Girl.

Mary Cavett is a Brooklyn-based actor, dancer, and teaching artist. She has performed in New York, regionally and internationally.She is the 2024-25 Teaching Fellow at The Juilliard School Drama Division.
Mary has served as a choreographer and movement consultant for the Stella Adler Studio and Smith Street Stage. She holds a BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and an MFA from The Juilliard School.
Select performance credits include — Theater: The Shape She Makes (A.R.T.), ENDURE: A Run Woman Show (NYC/ Edinburgh Fringe), The Cherry Orchard (Harold Clurman Lab Theater), The Liar, Macbeth, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Hamlet (Santa Cruz Shakespeare), As You Like It, Macbeth, Twelfth Night, Julius Caesar, Much Ado About Nothing (Smith Street Stage), Richard III (Allentown Shakespeare), 9 seasons as a Radio City Rockette. Megan Loomis recently made her Broadway debut in Wicked. She has toured with Wicked, A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, War Horse, Cabaret, and Sweeney Todd. Off-Bway credits include The Other Josh Cohen at the Westside Theatre, The Dead, 1904 at Irish Repertory Theatre, and Allegro at Classic Stage Company.
She has performed with Woody Sez; The Life and Music of Woody Guthrie at the GeVa Theatre, the Edinburgh Fringe, Vienna’s English Theatre, in Oklahoma, Texas, all over Poland, and Off-Broadway at the Irish Repertory Theatre.
Regionally she has been seen at Cape Playhouse, Ogunquit Playhouse, Goodspeed Opera House, GeVa Theatre, Maltz-Jupiter, Flat Rock, Merry-Go-Round and Ivoryton Playhouse.
An accomplished multi-instrumentalist, Megan performed her one-woman show, The Girl In The Band, at the Emerging Artists Theatre’s One Woman Standing Festival in 2012 and 2015, and most recently as part of the 2018 Rochester Fringe Festival. Megan graduated from the Eastman School of Music with a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance, and also holds her Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Goddard College.

Eric Huffman is an actor and musician originally from Kansas City. Eric majored in Musical Theater at the University of Cinninnati (CCM), where he was able to tailor his major to include Singing, Dancing, and Acting as well as Music Direction and Piano.
After graduating, Eric was cast in the Ensemble of the original Chicago cast of The Book of Mormon understudying the role of Elder McKinley. He continued on with the National Tour for 7 years and over 2,000 performances. Throughout that time, he worked his way into the position of Swing as well as becoming a rehearsal pianist and a cover for the keyboards in the orchestra.
More recently, Eric played the role of Damian on the First National Tour of Mean Girls for the entirety of its run. Currently Eric is residing in New York where he continues to play keys for The Book of Mormon on Broadway in additional to regional work. Eric is passionate about the collaborative nature of theater, and finds himself at his happiest in a rehearsal room working together to create. Always be kind.

Chris Shin is a musical theatre performer, director/choreographer and educator who believes in a holistic approach for training the next generation of artists. Using a more integrative approach, he believes in nurturing the individual to help cultivate a more process oriented curiosity that can withstand longevity.
Chris has nearly two decades of professional experience. He has performed on Broadway in Mary Poppins, the national tour of Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, and countless regional theatres around the country including: Arena Stage, Goodspeed Opera House, Sacramento Music Circus, Kansas City Starlight, Walnut Street Theatre, Maltz Jupiter Theatre and North Shore Music Theatre.
Chris holds an MFA in Musical Theatre from San Diego State University and a BFA in Theatre from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. He holds the title of Assistant Professor of Musical Theatre Choreography at Emerson College where he is a full time faculty member.
